Understanding the Ranking

Respected and longstanding publication Entrepreneur puts together an annual ranking that recognizes franchisors and franchisees of all sizes, surveying more than 750 franchisors in many different categories.
These categories include real estate, public relations, merchant services, marketing, legal, consultants, brokers, financing, and accounting, to name a few. From emerging brands that are just getting started to respected companies that have been franchising for decades, there is a huge range of companies that are considered.
In the survey, Entrepreneur asks questions about which service providers they and their franchisees use as well as how satisfied they are with the quality, cost, and value of these services. They compile the survey scores from each of these categories to determine which top 10 companies will make it into the ranking in their category. This year, our score was good enough to rank once again, and we want to extend a genuine “thank you” to our customers who continue to support us.
