How quickly can I be up and running on serviceminder?

The timeline varies from brand to brand. Once brand onboarding is complete (usually a couple of months) then franchise units can be trained, going live on serviceminder within a few weeks.

What does your brand onboarding process entail?

serviceminder's customer support team works one on one with brand leaders to learn their business, train them on serviceminder and help them plan the best strategy for franchisees' adoption. Then, we typically work with the brand leaders to train a small pilot group of franchisees, gathering feedback and further refining the onboarding path.

What kind of training do you offer?

There's an extensive library of training/help materials and videos. Additionally, we offer monthly training webinars.

serviceminder users are invoiced monthly (at the brand level). We charge per location - not per user.

What kinds of extras/add-ons do you offer?

Each brand has unique needs, so add-ons like vehicle tracking, email marketing, automated sales tax services, data warehousing & reports, etc are available. We work with you to create the right package for your brand.

How many units does a franchisor need to join serviceminder?

We support emerging brands with just a few units, and long-established brands with hundreds of franchisees. There's no location minimum to use serviceminder for your franchise.
