Scheduling options help you control how the scheduling works. For example, you can set up self service web scheduling and even require the capture of a credit card in order to book an appointment. You can enforce late cancellations and fees. There are options to give the customer only "approximate times" for scheduling. You can also set up your calendar so your time is presented as having appointments every hour on the hour (or whatever other interval makes sense).

There's also a place to put in your official holiday schedule so you can easily black out holidays or times when you're shut down for training or vacations.

There's a lot of options to personalize how scheduling works. But we keep it simple so it's not hard to figure out.
